  • Tax Administration​

    Decree No. 126/2020/ND-CP (“Decree No. 126”), issued on 19 October, 2020 by Government, detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Tax Administration No. 38/2019/QH14 (“Law on Tax Administration No. 38”).

  • Penalties for tax and invoice violations​

    Official letter No. 4818/TCT-PC issued on 12 November, 2020, introduces a number of new points in the penalty for administrative violations of taxes and invoices and the implementation of Decree No. 125/2020 / ND-CP (comes in to effect from 5 December, 2020).​
