DECREE 49/2025/ND-CP REGULATIONS ON THRESHOLDS FOR TEMPORARY EXIT SUSPENSION

On February 28, 2025, the Government issued Decree 49/2025/ND-CP stipulating the thresholds of outstanding tax amounts and overdue periods for temporary exit suspension cases; the notification of the implementation of temporary exit suspension measures; and the cancellation of temporary exit suspension. This Decree takes effect from February 28, 2025, with detailed provisions as follows:
