HR Assistant

Job Description

  • Perform administrative tasks (manage office supplies, casting, report issuance,…)
  • Assist in drafting HR-Administrative related documents (proposals, announcements, decisions)
  • Execute HR processes (recruitment, probation, training, evaluation, termination of employment contracts)
  • Handle social insurance-related tasks
  • Monitor employee leave records
  • Organize activities related to maintaining corporate culture
  • Maintain records and documents related to HR policies and procedures
  • Update new legal documents relevant
  • Report progress and results to superiors
  • Perform other HR- administrative related tasks as assigned by the management and superiors

Job Requirement

  • Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Assistant or similar role
  • Proficient in office computer skills, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Strong English skills (speaking, writing emails, drafting documents)
  • Good communication skills, quick and flexible in handling situations
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a team
  • Honest, detail-oriented, hardworking, friendly, and able to collaborate well with colleagues and superiors
  • Ambitious and eager to learn
