DECREE NO. 219/2025/NĐ-CP ON FOREIGN WORKERS WORKING IN VIETNAM

On August 7, 2025, the Government issued Decree No. 219/2025/NĐ-CP regulating foreign workers working in Vietnam, which takes effect from August 7, 2025. The provisions concerning foreign workers in Vietnam previously stipulated in Decree No. 152/2020/NĐ-CP dated December 30, 2020, and amended and supplemented by Decree No. 70/2023/NĐ-CP dated September 18, 2023, shall cease to be effective from the date Decree No. 219/2025/NĐ-CP comes into force.
